Someone should make a documentary about one of the newest franchises, the Halifax Rainmen who are set to play in November.

The documentary should be about the rise and fall of franchises in Halifax with the Rainmen being front and centre. Sorry the Rainmen won't be different than other failed sports expansion attempts.
