Well that was the Gamesiest Throniest episode yet! Brutal. But some neat stuff to go along with another great battle. Was that Valerian that Ser Arlan was speaking? What was it about mothers that Baratheon said?

Most disappointing part for me was finding out this series is only six episodes.

What a fantastic episode, the kind you wish would just keep going on.

Was led to believe it would be solely a backstory episode then BOOM! Nope. Brilliant!

Great episode. Took quite a turn from the lighter tone to GOT brutality.

Also bummed it’s only six episodes. But generally in favor of just using the time you need to properly tell the story you want to tell.

I listened to The Ringer’s House of R recap episode. Man, there is so much hardcore fan service backstory which I had no idea about in the episode.

The start and ending songs were strange choices to say the least on the final episode.

I just finished it and thought it was OK.
OK is about the best I can give it. It was OK.

I just regained HBO after about 5 years and have been binging House of the Dragon. About all I can say for it is it cures insomnia.
For me, there are so many other interesting stories that could be told other than the Targaryens.

My first thought is they were setting up a second season with Dunk and Egg being chased around the realm by the Targaryens and their minions.
