So when is the last time a second-round co-leader didn't have a round in the 60s through two rounds on the Tour?
 
Ummm, Mark... you DO realize Bolt's world record in the 100 is 9.58 from 2009, don't you?

We had the same thing three weeks ago with Tiger Woods at Firestone.

I doubt we'll see a guy shoot under 60 in a PGA Tour event again in my lifetime. Maybe on the Web.com or champions tour. I would expect we'll see someone (maybe Usain Bolt) run the 100 meters under 9.6 seconds before we see someone shoot a 59 in a competitive round.
I bet it happens in the next couple of years when somebody gets hot on the right course with the right conditions. Guys today are so good and the equipment makes it much easier for them to do crazy things.
