Looks pretty bleak for Tiger to ever be competitive again. Maybe he won't return at all. If he's not healthy and ready after more than a year off, can he ever be again?

I'm a fan of watching him play, so it's a bummer. And I'm sure it's a bummer for the PGA Tour, which needs a ratings boost.

He's never playing again and everyone knows it, but it'll be awhile before any of the golf insiders have the nerve to say so for public consumption. I wonder what a truth serum poll of all the other Ryder Cup vice-captains and the team would reveal on the subject?
