No way - it is 23 degrees right now, and we just got another 6-7 inches of snow with more on the way.

Insane - no.

I don't believe they make snow tires for his ride. Or chains.

And the plows weren't able to keep up with the snow on most of the side streets. With the freezing temps, the streets are now turning into ice rinks.

Not the best cycling weather.
