SANTA ANA, Calif. (AP) — Several gay adult Web sites have posted photographs of teenage water polo players from several high schools in Southern California, a newspaper reported.

Some of the pictures, of boys as young as 14, were displayed next to photos of nude young men and graphic sexual content, an Orange County Register investigation found.

Parents, coaches and school officials were alarmed, and parents said some of the boys were traumatized and sought counseling.

"These kids don't look at what they do as shameful," said Joan Gould, an international water polo official and a spokeswoman for a group of Orange County water polo parents. "For someone to come in and take what these kids are doing and take it out of context and exploit these images, these kids and their schools, because you can see the school name on the caps, is just horrible."

Probably be biggest scandal to hit water polo since the team at Kansas State University was forced to disband (The horses kept drowning).

The 'Beetus hammer drops in 3 ... 2 ... 1 ...

Are you trying to tell me that 'Beetus doesn't like water polo and child pornography? I call bull****. It's common knowledge that all homosexuals enjoy slobbering over the flesh of minors. That's why I hope I don't catch The Gay. ...

I wouldn't wait for Diabeetus to drop the hammer.

This subject line is extremely disrespectful. It promotes negative stereotypes of homosexuals. We should all be above that here.

For what it's worth I mock straight people who like water polo too.

You sure that was KSU? I read a wire report about the same damn thing happening at Texas A&M.

Y'know why they ran out of ice in College Station? Someone forgot the recipe.

Thank you folks! I'll be here all week. Don't forget to tip your waiter.

Mr. Belding was once called to the pool because the polo team brought a horse into the water. I never did find out what happened, but the result probably wasn't pretty.

"Hey, hey, hey, what is going on here? ..." Then some major-league ass-kickings followed, I'm sure.

Blame soccer, that's what everyone else does. ****ers.

Not me. I blame competitive cheering.

Won't spend long here, and I appreciate people's sentiments.

The title of the thread probably could've been better, as pointed out. It's an unfortunate situation because stuff like that feeds into some ignorant people's stereotypes about gays. Glad the people behind it were busted, as they should have been. Stuff like that is despicable, regardless of gender or orientation.
