I'd like to thank Mr. Mulally for saving us from 2 years of President Cheney.

And for saving me from the expense of moving to Australia.

Isn't that Cheney standing behind Bush in the photo?
Might this have been the perfect storm?

Like all of you would have known where to plug in?
Nine months after Dubya last found himself in that situation, we were given Jenna and Barbara.

The thing that cracks me up about the story isn't so much that Bush didn't know where to plug in, but that Bush walked faster to pick up the cord, as if he was in some 10-year-old comeupsmanship race with the Ford CEO.

"Beat you! I got the cord first! Nah, nah, nah, nah, nah, nah!"

Tomorrow at the White House briefing ... duck, duck, goose!

Just imagine the irony if the car blew up: president who starts war over oil killed by electric car.

You just know Congress would investigate Ford.

Am I the only one who thinks, in an apolitical manner, that this story smells? Someone raised on a ranch was going to put a three-prong plug into this? Uh, how, exactly? Perhaps it's true, but I know that as a copy editor, I'd have had a LOT more questions about this.

If I were a copy editor, I'd have even more trouble with someone who wrote that Fredo was "raised on a ranch."

And we questioned why the Ford CEO was getting more money the ARod.

Still, you gotta wonder, who would have been blamed for W's death had someone not intervened? Osama bin Laden? Nancy Pelosi?

We would've just had to invade Detroit.
Detroit has better weapons... be careful

Detroit would actually make sense as that is where Ford is located. As such, a much more logical place to invade would be Puerto Rico.

Bush Derangement Syndrome is a tough disease to shake, evidently.

OK, can we go back now to all the other things he's actually screwed up?

Look at the picture. Cheney's next to him, isn't he?

If I'm seeing that right, we almost inaugurated President Pelosi.

'Course, Fredo's the primary victim of Bush Derangement Syndrome . . . unfortunately, there are also many millions of others who have suffered under its noxious effects . . .
