C'mon. It's not like it's going to have any real-world effect.

There are plenty of violent first-person shooter games and it's not like you see people going around shooting up schools, movie theaters and workplaces.
 
I know five-year-olds who watch The Walking Dead. Those kids will never develop any problems separating reality from fiction.
 
Look, we all suffer from adverse effects from being here and reading sj.com. Just look at YF's kid, o_t, oop, Poin, RS, Rip, ... me (was warped before I got here though).

To be fair, I was also wondering why you would post that until I read the ICYMI YF thread.
 
Gamers do some twisted **** in game. A friend of mine knows a guy who was playing a new Sim City clone, and he channeled all the town's sewage into a holding pond outside of town. After it had grown enough to become a city he broke it and flooded his city with **** just for giggles.
