And how do you think a writer should get those confirming studies, statistics and quotes in the world's last Stalinist state?

While your point appears valid on its face, leeway needs to be granted when writing about North Korea. No outsider can adequately "prove" what's going on inside those borders. Hell, it's hard enough just finding unnamed sources willing to speak despite knowing their frightening fate if their identity is discovered.

It is a very foolish act for UPI to write about North Korea, in league with the U.S. scoundrels, but their hysteria will only precipitate their ruin in the long run. In order to prevent UPI from such silly behavior, it is necessary to clearly show the end of UPI. UPI should be considerate and behave reasonably, ceasing its rash behavior toward North Korea. If UPI carries out more trivial stories, then there won't be any time to regret.
