They said they'd take it off her bill.

Time Warner may be a *****, but at least they appear to be understanding of this situation.

Yeah, you'd think if they were billing them they'd at least double-check the age of the boxes.

Five newer digital ones might really cost $2,000. But $2,000 for five nine-year old boxes they'd probably just junk if the lady ever returned them? That's ridiculous.

But, bottom line, they're going to make it right in the end at least.
