Damn, I had met the first 15 qualifications but ran into problems with this one:

16. Ability to frequently sit; ability to occasionally walk, stand, bend, squat, twist, as well as push and pull; ability to occasionally lift and carry up to 50 lbs; ability to occasionally listen to tape; and ability to occasionally perform telephone communications.

I am not sure if I have the ability to frequently sit and the ability to occasionally walk as well.
