About halfway through the new season of The Bear, and without any spoilers, man do I feel more and more down after every episode.
We've watched the first two episodes. I've decided that their problems don't have to be my problems. I find no entertainment value in all these people being miserable. And they are all miserable.

And yes, the Forks episode from a couple seasons ago is one of my favorite tv episodes of anything.

We watched the first two episodes of The Bear a couple years ago, and turned it off. Between the yelling and the video technique, which was just too much extreme close-ups on people saying f***, we didn't see any entertainment value in it whatsoever.

we’ve been watching Elementary on Hulu as a comfort watch of a show which has been off the air for years. Pretty fun show.

It's an old show but we've discovered "Grantchester" on Netflix.

Who knew a Vicar's life in small-town, post-WWII England could be so interesting.

Got caught up on Landman last weekend. Sheridan takes a lot of geographical liberties, which is disappointing because he knows better.

For the non-Texan, you can't drive from Midland to Fort Worth and back in a day like you're cruising from Fort Worth up 35W to Denton. I guess you could, but it would be a long-ass day. Take the ****ing Gulfstream.

Finished the second season of The Agency. I’ve loved both seasons. Sucker for a good spy thriller. And the cast is excellent.

It’s not officially renewed for a third season, but it appears likely to come back. It’s got good viewership and it ended on a huge cliffhanger.

Yeah I do that frequently. I just finished the Vampire Lestat. It was deeply weird, not faithful to the book that I remember, and a little hard to follow. So with any luck I'll forget this one. Although I will say this, the guy playing Lestat was so sexy.
