With the upcoming rash of super hero movies that are hitting the screens this summer and next year, I ask all of ye: if you could be any super hero or have any super power, what would it be?

I'd probably be Wolverine b/c I need that heightened healing factor, given how often I get injured. Plus, the claws would be a nice way to settle disputes, but would be a ***** trying to type with.

Someone's innocent mistake about the mythology of one of these superheroes is guaranteed to irritate sportschick by the end of the first page.

That said, Batman. Without question, Batman.

He doesn't have any, even his abilities as a detective are humanly possible, but he still gets counted as a superhero (in the Justice League and so forth).

My official ruling on said matter: Batman/Bruce Wayne probably has one of the most focused, clever and cunning minds out of all the super heroes. Plus, he also redefines the meaning of "iron will." Plus, with all the technology and psychology he uses, said Batman is a super hero.

I'd hit it ... oh ****, wait. I mean, um, aw hell.

Kevin from the Office said he wants to be Wonder Woman so he can live on Amazon Island.

I am Wonder Woman. **** the rest of y'all!

We can see you when you go to the bathroom in the invisible plane. Just so you know. [/familyguyreference]

I'd prefer something a little more ethereal. Maybe Dr. Fate ... or even Morpheus from Neil Gaiman's Sandman series.

I think I would go with Iron Man – I know, not intrinsically super, but he does have that suit.

He's got a much money as Bruce Wayne, he's a smart as Reed Richards ... yeah, he's got a bad heart.

Hmmm. I'll come in again.
