Sorry if this is a DB.

Stephen A. chimes in on fantasy football, says it's for white nerds and blacks and latinos don't play because they have better things to do.

Next, Stephen A. will tell us no blacks or latinos hop on the Madden bus to play Madden '09 for a reality TV show.

NERDS!

There was a black nerd, though.

I'll bet he plays fantasy football.

Lamar Latrell could dominate any fantasy league. Football. Javelin. Some sort of dance aerobics type of thing that probably already is or will soon be an event in the Olympics. I bet U.N. Jefferson would play fantasy football, too, if you provided wonder joints at the draft.

[/quote]That limp javelin Lamar had in the first Revenge of the Nerds flick was awesome.

I'm glad the only person more useless than Stephen A. showed up. ::)

Gee, I imagine that will surprise the black guy who was one of the founders of our fantasy league, lo those many (20-plus) years ago, and who has been with us all the years since.

Or perhaps it'll be news to the young black reporter I know who was in three different leagues when he was on our staff.

And was shown the door.
Yeah because my sarcasm was much more offensive than the sincere but irrational rantings of a racist buffoon.

Your sarcasm read as blatant racism and was not interesting, enlightening or humorous.

So you're saying it's a tie.

True dat.

Stephen A. Smith is a fool, but I almost see how his mind's working. Since ESPN has zero credibility with me in the first place (proven by rolling out one-trick pony Chris Berman as well the brilliant "analysts" they use such as Skip, J. Hill along with an assortment of ex-athletes who have no business expressing their opinions), on top of their valuable contributions to sports journalism (Titletown USA, First and 10, Stump the Schwab, My Wish, etc.), Stephen A. is thinking, "Hey, no one's really held accountable here, and they pay these people boatloads to be ignorant, why shouldn't I get mine?!"
