Army commanders have recently begun developing policies -- or, including these in current drug policies --- but regulations already include any substance taken to induce a drug-type high. I guess they just wanted to put these specific names in writing.

Yes, but for my (Army) purposes, they have to be specifically ordered. They're not detected in the regular old urinalysis.
