I'm sure the fine folks at the Tallahassee PD will be forthcoming with full details, including charges against the gunman. Unless, of course, it's a football player.

Got a kid up there. She and all her friends are OK. She had left the library because she had forgotten her textbook. FSU PD was there in 50 seconds and dropped the shooter, which is exactly the result that I want if some asshole is shooting around my kid.

You can argue that's in questionable taste as much the college reporter's tweet is, considering the outlet. It's also totally unnecessary.

I mean, without that graph how many NYT readers would have said to themselves, "Florida State ... now where have I heard that name before? Is this the same school with the crooked football program?"
