For those contemplating a move to the Great White North, may as well get started:

Sunday: Edmonton at Hamilton early, winner plays at Ottawa next week for the East crown. Late game is Winnipeg at BC for the trip to Calgary.

Grey Cup is Nov. 27 at Rogers Centre.

I might as well stay in the U.S.A. Canada is a great country, but there's no ****ing way I will ever spell Center as Centre. Unless it has to do with the small college in Kentucky.

Yeah, Mansbridge is quitting CBC next summer, so I figure why bother. Though Ian Hanomansing is really fun to say aloud in my opinion.

Also a hearty farewell to Mosaic at Taylor Field in Saskatchewan. The stadium that looked like every kid's Lego stadium.

Edmonton at Ottawa in the early game. BC at Calgary in the late game. Could we see Eskimos-Stampeders for the fourth time this season???

Cup final set: Calgary vs. Ottawa. Got to think the Stampeders will be heavily favored.

Edmonton-Ottawa in a snowstorm was as much fun as anything the NFL put out today.

You have to start spelling it "colour" as well. That's a lot of extra work.

BMO Field is the home field of the Toronto Argonauts. And Rogers Centre (formerly SkyDome) sucks.

I was looking that up after I posted ... knew there was some sort of move planned but was not aware that it had already taken place. I'm also aware of the Rogers Centre name change - just decided to go with the original out of youthful nostalgia and a general disdain for corporate tomfoolery.

I'm just surprised at this setup. Field not wide enough for teams to have their own sideline (I think). Looks like they got away with a grass field in the weather (though I'm guessing Toronto FC is thrilled that the West champion gets a three day head start for the MLS Cup), but it seems ironic that they're deliberately playing this outdoors when a bad outdoor Grey Cup in Toronto is a big reason why the dome exists in the first place.

No Grey Cup buzz in Toronto this week.

If they were playing in the Skydome there would be 20K empty seats.

And now the sideline reporter just pronounced decals 'deckles,' which I did not previously know was a thing despite being a long-time Canadophile. Mind. Blown.

And the head referee has a French-Canadian accent, which is almost as fun as when Bernie Kukar did NFL games.

Mitchell heaving it into coverage and 2 crappy interceptions.

Burris looking amazing.
