Damn. That sucks.

I remember hearing about how they kept his character around a lot longer than originally planned on The Walking Dead because they loved Wilson's work too much to let him go that quickly.

I think his first or second role was in one of my all-time favorite movies "In the Heat of the Night." Also was great as General Lew Wallace in Young Guns II. RIP.
