RIP Richard Moll

Often cast in villainous roles both before and after (such as in the 1986 horror/comedy House) Night Court.

And in a town filled with lots of short dudes. He was one of the tallest.

RIP.

Loved that show as a kid.
My mom has been binge watching it the last week or so.
RIP

Wow. That leaves just Dan Larroquette and Marsha Warfield alive from the various casts of that show. Speaking of Warfield, I wasn't sure if she would have survived on that show without her and Moll having some fun goofy chemistry together.

My favorite memory of him was in the first season of Night Court. It may have been the first episode. Bull was trying to persuade someone to shave his head, telling him women love it.
The guy said “Really?”
“Yes,” Bull said. “I didn’t play basketball because I didn’t have…time’

Had he ascended to the bench, he woulda been Judge Reinhold Fielding. ... Paging Phoebe Cates!

Ellen Foley - who I didn't know provided the female vocal on Paradise by the Dashboard Light - still lives.

Loved Night Court, and Moll was fantastic.

Tried to watch the reboot. John Larroquette was great, but even he couldn't save that one. It did send me down the rabbit hole of the original series. Watched quite a few episodes around the time the new one came out. It might not hold up as well as some other shows, but it was a lot of fun.

RIP. Moll took a role and made it his own.

I hated hearing this. I was a big "Night Court" fan and Bull's character was a big part of the zaniness that I loved so much about the show.

My favorite Bull scene/exchange: This episode Dan was hustling around trying to do anything to get an urgent influx of cash; near the end Bull finds out from Dan he needs the money (I think like $5,000) and takes out a wad of cash out of his uniform pocket and lends Dan the money, leading to this exchange:

Dan: "You carry around all that in your shirt pocket."
Bull: "Well, where else would I put it?"
Dan: "How about a bank?"
Bull: "Well, people try to rob banks."

RIP, Aristotle Nostradamus.

I didn’t realize he was 80. The early 1980s were a long time ago, I suppose.
