Didn't know he was the first Morty Seinfeld.

He was also the first actor to play Jerry's father in Seinfeld. He played his father in the original episode where Kramer and Jerry were playing Scrabble (and Kramer tried to pass off "Quone" as a word), but they re-filmed his scenes after they signed the guy we all know as Morty.
