I haven't substitute taught since the mid-2000's. I never even thought about how much easier it is for subs to pick a different video to show a class now with Netflix and other streaming services. Man, the pickings were slim even in 2005. You had three choices in the desk and the students had seen them all 58 times.

When I was in school in the late 80s/early 90s, I must have seen the first 45 minutes of Short Circuit 100 times.
