No cable in your cave, huh?Rocky is just one in a large grouping of movies that I’ve never seen.
One minute you're dancing on the stage with James Brown, the next minute you're dead. I still crank that Brown song once in awhile. That scene in Rocky IV where Creed dies absolutely had a crushing effect on 10-year old me. Great piece of cinema. So 80s.
Carl Weathers also was in Terminator. RIP
Rocky is one of thegreatcheesiest love stories ever told.
He looked the part of a heavyweight champion more than the man who ruled the division at that time, Larry Holmes, did. (Not to mention the blimps that followed him like Tim Witherspoon, Tony Tubbs, James Broad and others.)Morrison was, and had a decent career. Light heavyweight champion Antonio Tarver was also Rocky's main opponent in "Rocky Balboa."
Not sure either looked the part as much as Carl Weathers did.
Randal “Tex” Cobb had the hardest head of anybody Holmes whooped. .
When “Titanic” finally came to the small, two screen downtown theater in the small town where I lived in 1998, the best thing about the movie was hearing other dudes forced into seeing it start to cheer as the boat began to sink.nope.
Never seen it,
I’ll give you a small list of movies I’ve never seen that may shock you.
Any Rocky
Titanic (the boat sinks. Not worth 3 1/2 hours)
Casablanca
Forrest Gump
Pulp Fiction

It meant the movie was almost over.
Tyson-Spinks at Convention Hall, which was also owned by Smelley.Tyson-Holmes was fought at Trump Plaza in Atlantic City. Just saying.
I mean, in 1998 or whatever year that was, you had the Kate Winslet drawing/car scenes and propeller guy. That's more unintentional "entertainment" than most movies provided in that era.
He said he'd fight Holmes again if it would get Cosell off Monday Night Football.Randal “Tex” Cobb had the hardest head of anybody Holmes whooped. .
I had completely forgotten about his great turn in Arrested Development.
