You would have done better to invoke the literary image of Huckleberry Finn and Tom Sawyer. ... you know, "Paint the fence."

Isn't that from Karate Kid?

When it comes to martial arts, there's no such thing as a stupid question.
We had a martial arts guru in our area who was always sending in results, etc. involving his school (particularly his top student and eventual wife, who had a national rep in forms, fighting and weapons, and another student who held kickboxing titles before meeting his maker in a murder-suicide). One of the scariest dudes I've ever seen (think of a cross between Rick Rubin and Jeff Lebowski who could knock your block off with one spinning heel kick), but one of the nicest guys I ever dealt with on the job.
Haven't met a martial arts expert yet who could stop a glock.

Chuck Norris can melt a handgun with his stare.

Chuck Norris sleeps with the light on because the dark is afraid of him.

Double J, are you running for president with Colonel James Braddock as your runningmate?
Or are you like Ricky Bobby, naming your kids Walker and Texas Ranger?

Here's a quick rule of thumb. If your editor doesn't back you up. Get your resume out. The LAST thing you need in this business is to have a spineless editor. You don't need anyone with a calcium deficiency.

I have three kids - Lone, Wolf and McQuade. The prettiest little girls you've ever seen.

So I'm thread-jacking my own thread..
But, do they watch old reruns of Karate Kommandos Double J?

Sorry, Not really on topic. I thank you all for the help. This site is amazing. Anyone can ask a question and get thoughtful, spot-on answers. I've taken advantage of it several times and have received more insight then I could've ever gotten anywhere else.
