When it comes to a Hamburger, Hot Dog, and Pizza, what are the perfect toppings for each?

Hamburger:

American cheddar cheese, diced green bell peppers, diced raw onion, mayo, pickles

Hot dog:

Raw onion, sliced of American cheddar cheese, mayo

Pizza:

Pepperoni, raw onions

Not a big fan of the mayo, especially on the hot dog. Swap that out for mustard.

On pizza? Sausage and onions always were my favorite toppings. Mushrooms if they're freshly cut, not canned.

A perfect hot dog has chopped onions, mustard and dill relish on it.

Burger: ketchup, mustard, lettuce, tomato, pickle, raw onion.

Pizza: pepperoni and mushroom OR prosciutto and kalamata olives.

Hot dog: mustard.

I'll do sauerkraut on a polish sausage or bratwurst, but for some reason it doesn't go as well on a simple hot dog. Not sure why that is.

Hot dog: Mustard and onions.
Burger: American cheese, ketchup, mustard, onions.
Pizza: Fennel sausage (only if fresh; **** that precooked noise) and onions.

Missing from a lot of great suggestions above:

Hamburger: add chili

Hot dog: add chili

Pizza: all the meats!

This reminds me of one of my all time favorite book titles by Lewis Grizzard:

Chili Dawgs Always Bark At Night

Bacon on pizza is underrated.

So is extra cheese, provided they give you a defibrillator and a month’s supply of Lipitor.

I don’t understand the appeal of kraut or cole slaw.

I believe Gaffigan says [paraphrasing] "bacon is great on everything"; which I endorse.

Mustard and raw onions on dogs.

Cheese and ketchup on burgers.

Pizza is a different ballgame.

We're a bacon-and-ham pizza family. Feels a little less gluttonous than going full Meat Lover's or other iterations.

Agree with others on grilled onions w/ burgers. At Five Guys I'm always in for grilled onions, lettuce and A1 sauce.

Hot dog - I like Chicago style but mustard (brown, or hot), onions and a little relish is standard. I put the mustard on the side of the bun, not on top.

Burger version one - Ketchup, mustard, pickle, onion, and if it's cheese, American. Patty must be well-seasoned. Not too big.

Burger version two - Bacon, peanut butter, hot sauce. You're welcome. It works.

Thin-crust pizza - good cheese, preferably a blend of nuttier ones, and, if any meat, pep, but no real meat necessary. Maybe roasted cauliflower or onions, just a little. Top with hot sauce or flakes. Crust and bake style is star.

Typical pub - sausage, olive, onion, maybe pep. Baked well.

NY style - Pep with grease tilted so it goes over the slice,

Thick-crust - Sausage

There's a burger place near me that uses a combo Angus beef-ground bacon patty, with peanut butter, jalapeno jelly, bacon and white cheddar. It is super good.
