Kathy Kane got a 10-23 month sentence yesterday (pending appeal), for perjury, obstruction and a few other charges, none of which are related to a prosecuting a case.
Kane - the first female AG in state history had a meteoric rise and catastrophic fall - was brought down by her war on her political enemies. Staggering fall.
Stunned if she gets more than a weekend in jail.

Nice to see the judge not fall for Ms. Kane's request for leniency; however, less than a year in jail for her abuse of power is not enough IMHO.
