In a moment to be proud, sportsjournalists.com ranks No. 192,685 for all sites, world-wide and ahead of every paper I have ever worked at.
The top three are yahoo, msn and google.
You can also break it down by category and that's when it gets interesting.
The fourth most popular sports Web site is redandyellow.com, a history of Hulkamania. It is No. 199 globally, for comparison's sake, nytimes.com is No. 185

If it was just U.S. numbers SportsJournalists.com would only rank in the 240,000s or so.
I also wonder if it works on where the servers are based. In theory, if you lived in Canada, but had an American-based server or provider, you would probably be counted as an American.

This is weird: For apexchange.com, it says that 36.4 percent of the users are from Israel and 36.4 percent are from the United States.
