So we're going from a 44-inch web to a 42-inch web tonight, and I was wondering how the transition went for those of you who have already been down this road. I think this whole thing is really driving our production department bat-**** crazy.

But seriously, you'll get used to the adjustments, as will the readers.

I'm more curious about how things went the first few nights. I have to wait for the first batch of papers run, and I'm hoping issues with production don't have me here until 2 a.m. with tonight's deadline being 10:25 p.m.
