I'm in a pickle here.
We're looking for access to the site and I've signed up, and the application isn't getting anywhere. For weeks when trying to access headshots it's said my application is processing, and if I have issues to email Pressbox directly -- which I've done, and the email's bounced back because the inbox is full.
And yes, before you ask, I've already called MLB -- someone in PR assured me they'd take care of the issue, but that was weeks ago and my work schedule isn't too conducive to being a pain in the ass and calling non-stop. I'm sure they have more important crap going on, anyway.
Anyone have any other advice (or a generic password) they'd like to pass along?
