I love how it’s just a gray shirt with plain text, something you can get customized with any message you want for $10 or less online.

I wonder if twitter had some fun with it, although people would have to be interested enough in him to do it.

quick google shows this one, but it seems like not many folks care about him.

Went to a Braves game a couple of years ago where they had an alumni softball game beforehand. Other than Dale Murphy and Sid Bream, Rocker got the biggest cheer of anyone when they were introduced.

That was disappointing.

But not shocking. This is, after all, Team White Flight.

I may have told this story before on another Rocker thread.

When he was coming back after his suspension or whatever they did to him, Atlanta sent him to Richmond. The team was in Toledo at the time. We had stopped traveling on every trip but my boss figured (correctly) we had to be at this one. There were two of us who were available to go and he made the executive decision: first one of us to wander in on this particular day was getting told to go home and pack and get our ass to Toledo.

The other guy was a come later, stay later type and I usually beat him in. On this day, thankfully, I had something to do in the morning and got there about 10 minutes after he did. Or just in time to see him to walk out to get ready to go to Toledo.

Toledo was getting crushed with media requests so it decided to let folks in but only the Richmond and Toledo outlets would be granted clubhouse access. Hell, we were there for the same reason as the others. Wouldn't have gone if Rocker hadn't suddenly become a Richmond Brave again.

First word Rocker ever said to me was the c word, the one that gets changed when we use it here. Charming guy
