Jimmy Kimmel + Ben Affleck = F*^king Spectacular

I laughed. Harrison Ford blowing a kiss was pretty awesome. Josh Groban's part was also rad.

Harrison Ford, Robin Williams, Brad Pitt, Cameron Diaz, Huey Lewis, Josh Groban, Don Cheadle, Perry Ferrell and the kid who played McLovin are the ones I recognized.

Who were the two guys in the track suits singing?

Wasn't as funny as the original. It felt like it was drafting off the heat of the first vid [/JDV].

The parts without Jimmy Kimmel in it were pretty funny.

When his smarmy s******ing fratboy ass was on the screen: fail.

He did seem to take to the chance to oil up and rub his manboobs all over Affleck with unusual enthusiasm.

This was funny, especially because of Harrison Ford, et. al., but the Matt Damon one was better, IMO. Hard to top the original.
Although I did get a huge kick out of Brad Pitt ("What did you wish for") and Harrison Ford ("Honk if you're ****ing Ben Affleck").
I didn't see if last night, but apparently on Kimmel last night, he was talking about how they went back to Kimmel's house after the shoot and watched Lost. Silverman started joking about how they were taking it to extremes.

Why the **** does Kimmel still have a regular TV show? 98% of the time, he's ****ing worthless. Can't he be snuffed, for the benefit of the aggregate IQ of the nation??

Meat Loaf was also in there, as were Ryan Gosling and Joan Jett, I think.

Not as funny or well-written as the original, but impressive nonetheless just for geting all those people to participate.

If it only had Brad Renfro in it, the response woulda really been complete. And it certainly would've overcome the Oscar snub he received with Roy Scheider in the dead people salute on the show.

The montage said beforehand that it only included people who died from Feb. 1, 2007 to Jan. 31, 2008. Scheider died Feb. 10, so I guess he'll be in next year's.

as i posted last night, the arbitary death deadline is stoopid. wtf? they can't include anyone who dies up until, say, a day or two before the show? ridiculous.

I don't get the hate for Kimmel here.
He's eons ahead of Leno, and is a pretty good interviewer.
And this sketch ruled.
