A Texas two-stepping math teacher.

Math teacher Haeli Wey, 28, faces 2 counts of improper relationship between educator and student.

According to arrest affidavits, one of the 17-year-old victim told authorities that he had sex with Wey about 10 times between August and September after he met her at a student ministry program over the summer. She also sent him pictures of herself with little to no clothing, according to the affidavit. Sex between the student and Wey stopped after he discovered she went on a hike with another student, the document says.

The sheriff’s office said that during that hike Wey and a 17-year-old student, who she had met that summer during camp, kissed and had other sexual contact. Authorities said that Wey told the student via Instagram to delete the messages she sent to him and “don’t let anyone get a hold of ur phone.”

Ted Mosby: Check it out. I just got that girl's number. See? Holly.
Barney Stinson: Nice! Girls with "ly" at the end of their names are dirty. Holly, Kelly, Carly... Lily.
Marshall Eriksen: Hey!... all right, it's true.
Barney Stinson: Don't even get me started on girls whose name should end in "y," but instead end in "i." Those girls are like roller-coasters. You've got to wait in a long line, but once you get up there, you just hold on for dear life and hope you don't lose your keys.

I like these better in News, but that's a personal preference.

I couldn't say what I wanted to say
'Til she whispered, I love you
So please, go all the way
It feels so right (feels so right)
Being with you here tonight
Please, go all the way
Just hold me close (hold me close)
Don't ever let me go

Ahhh, Beth, my grade school/high school sweetie. My "Winnie Cooper."

This came out the summer between our 8th/9th grade years (we were 13) and it remained "our song" all the way through HS (and beyond). At first it was metaphorical, then it ... wasn't. :D

Do kids have "songs" anymore? Or is that mainly just for the skeevy 40+ predators?

With two teenagers in my household, if you suggested such an old time thing, all you'd get was an eyeroll.

Loved the song as a kid, shared it with my boy when it was featured in Guardians of the Galaxy, is now my ringtone.
