A Texas two-stepping math teacher.

Math teacher Haeli Wey, 28, faces 2 counts of improper relationship between educator and student.

According to arrest affidavits, one of the 17-year-old victim told authorities that he had sex with Wey about 10 times between August and September after he met her at a student ministry program over the summer. She also sent him pictures of herself with little to no clothing, according to the affidavit. Sex between the student and Wey stopped after he discovered she went on a hike with another student, the document says.

The sheriff’s office said that during that hike Wey and a 17-year-old student, who she had met that summer during camp, kissed and had other sexual contact. Authorities said that Wey told the student via Instagram to delete the messages she sent to him and “don’t let anyone get a hold of ur phone.”

• A Vandegrift High School football and basketball coach was placed on administrative leave earlier this month amid allegations of having an improper relationship with a female student from a different school, officials said.
• A former Bowie High School health teacher and coach was also charged earlier this month with having an improper relationship with a female student.
• Former McNeil High School coach and teacher Christopher Cotten, 41, was arrested in April after police said in an arrest affidavit that Cotten sent lewd photos to a 16-year-old girl on the track team, kissed her and touched her breasts. School officials in the Round Rock and Austin school districts also had documented previous incidences of improper conduct in his personnel file.
• In January, former Rouse High School teacher Joshua Riggins, 27 at the time, was arrested after police said he cuddled, wrestled with, sexually assaulted and grabbed the hair of a student who was baby-sitting for his family.
• Cedar Park High School cross-country coach Timothy Sheard, 50, was arrested in October 2014 after police said in an arrest affidavit that he had touched the genitals of three former students in separate incidents dating back as far as 2003.

This came out the summer between our 8th/9th grade years (we were 13) and it remained "our song" all the way through HS (and beyond). At first it was metaphorical, then it ... wasn't. :D

With two teenagers in my household, if you suggested such an old time thing, all you'd get was an eyeroll.
