I've been a fan of this site and these ideas for a while.

They did a great one at Best Buy where about 40 "agents" showed up to an NYC Best Buy all wearing blue golf shirts and khakis, VERY similar to the Best Bey uniform.

Then they just milled around the store. People were asking them for help. The store wanted to throw them out. It was pretty good.
