The full siblings to California Chrome have all been awful. The full sister to American Pharoah has been good, but nothing freakish.

A guy I talked to last week at the Meadowlands said he's pretty high on McCracken for next year's Triple Crown.

Big one out west appears to be Mastery, trained by the White Haired One. The colt who won the Breeders' Cup Juvenile, Classic Empire, would probably be the favorite if the race went today, but we've got a long way to go.

I am a bit embarrassed. Last Tuesday, Moderator1 finished 3rd in the 5th race.. ... And to make matters worse, he's not only a better bet than I am, that colt can drink me under the stable.
