Fenway had the troughs probably until the late aughts. The place was a dump for much of my life until Henry/Werner bought the team and saw how much it’d cost to build a new ballpark.

Nothing special on my stadium list, but if we call NASCAR tracks stadiums I can go Daytona, Talladega, Charlotte, Bristol, Martinsville, Richmond, Dover, Pocono, Watkins Glen, Indianapolis, IRP, and Nazareth.

I do have a few old FB stadiums I was at for games, Memorial in Baltimore for Colts/Steelers. JFK in Philly (The stadium that will get Phil Collins on A1) for ND/Navy , and saw USFL Stars in Franklin Field.

Was anyone else in ETSU's Mini-Dome the day a car crash knocked out the lights? I honestly don't remember who they were playing. I'm certain that was the most pitch black I've ever seen.

They've at least upgraded to urinals now, lol. The Kickers still play there.

I can proudly say that I have attended both NCAA and NASCAR sanctioned events at Bowman Gray.

I thought it has been torn down for a housing project. The grandstands where we sat as students are now covered by banners.

That side is condemned and not in use for Kickers games. The only thing over there are TV cameras, which is why the crowd looks full on broadcasts.

It is my goal to spend a night and actually visit something in all 50 states. To that end when driving through Wisconsin I stopped in Green Bay and took and took the Lambeau Field tour.

The Lambeau Field tour was quite interesting. I thought there would be a n emphasis on the frozen tundra and the lore of the Packers. Instead the tour talked a lot about the economics of the NFL and how the stadium has been remodeled to add more premium seating.

Then I spent a day driving through Door County, which is on the southern arm of Green Bay. Pretty with lots of parks and places along the lake. That area of Wisconsin was heavily settled by Belgian immigrants after the Civil War (I don't know why) and there were examples of the small. two story brick farmhouses typical of Belgium. Also, Green Bay evidently has a lot of perch in its waters so order some in the localo restaurants.
