San Diego police this week were called to a house when a gardener apparently stepped on a landmine. It led to a Serbian national who's moonlighting as a bombmaker, and a house so full of explosives and junk that the cops are afraid to enter.
This could make for the most interesting episode of "Hoarders" ever.

Grenade casings, blasting caps and several guns were also found in the house, and large amounts of chemicals used as ingredients in HMTD were removed from a shed.
Wednesday was the first time authorities had been inside the house since Sunday.
“At that time, we found a very complex environment inside,” Prendergast said. “It was very cluttered. Items were everywhere. There was no free space and very limited areas to walk. Every imaginable space, whether it was a countertop or table, had junk on it. Just piles and piles of junk.”
“Items of great concern” to investigators, such as powders, “made us rethink what we were doing,” Prendergast said. “It became too dangerous to operate so they backed out.”
