BTW, free citywide Wi-fi efforts have failed in Philly, San Francisco, Chicago, Houston, and pretty much every other place they've been tried. Good luck getting a nationwide system going.

I steal wireless from the neighbors when I visit my mom, so thank you! Mom's in the dark ages of dial-up still and if I try to use her connection, I lose my mind.

I've got a G-rated filter on the WiFi. They can use it, but not for porn. At one point, I had the filter cranked so tight i couldn't access SJ on it. I'd get a message about objectionable language and a blank screen.

I care less about the lack of porn as I do about that process being slower. If I can't look at goodies, I'd better at least have the bonus of lightning-quick internet.
