A correction from the AP, one that Flash already let us know two days ago on the Winter Classic thread:

ORCHARD PARK, N.Y. (AP) - In stories Jan. 1 and Jan. 2 about the Winter Classic outdoor game, The Associated Press reported it was the NHL’s second outdoor game and the first in the United States. The stories should have said it was the NHL’s second regular-season outdoor game and the first regular-season outdoor game in the United States.
