After watching that Eileen song, one of the You Tube suggestions was one of my favorite 90s one-hit wonders Arc Angels and "Living in a Dream"

When I saw Steelheart in concert, the bill went 1. Steelheart, 2. Babylon A.D., 3. Kix, 4. Tesla (headliner)

As details of your life trickle out, it almost becomes difficult to mock you.
This is the saddest thing I've heard since you told the anecdote about playing catch with a football by yourself.

Underrated 90s hairband opening act: Britny Fox

God, no, they sucked. I saw them open for Poison and Lita Ford in '88. Worst band I've ever seen live, and I've seen a ****ton of suck! Dizzy Dean Davidson's stage banter consisted of saying "****" and "YEAH." Unfortunately, I'd already bought a T-shirt before they took the stage, so that ended up being my workout shirt the next three years for track and XC. Appropriately enough, it stunk like hell!!! :D :D

Long Way To Love is still a good tune though.

The sad thing is I didn't even show up to play catch half the time.

Steelheart... brought to you by Aquanet.

Seriously, though - I've never heard of them, have never heard that song. I'm pretty sure I didn't miss much.

Go watch the Girlschool video on YouTube and tell me again that Britny Fox sucks. ;D

I stand by what I said. Even by 1988 standards, that didn't show us squat. :D

Imagine that video today? Keeeehrist.

They may have sucked, but they were still better than Poison!!!!

Seconded. I love me some hair bands, but I refuse to listen to Poison or any Def Leppard/Bon Jovi after about 1987.

Buck,
That is one of the best posts I have ever read here.

It amazes me when those work that well...

The best ever is "The Grey Album" by DJ Danger Mouse which combines Jay-Z's Black Album with the Beatles' White Album.

It's just ****ing amazing.
