They need Ari back, is my main thought.

He was good tonight, which is no surprise. Drama was good, too. The others? Not so much.

Longer episode than usual, though.

I was going to say, that was 28 minutes of TV, as opposed to its normal 23.

That being said, anyone that didn't see that finish coming is blind and/or stupid.

Agreed. I kept trying to tell my wife it was a set-up. She just kept shushing me.

Rather poor episode. Artie Lange just doesn't do it for me.

The only redeeming thing was that is was 28 minutes.

Next week looks really good.

Wow. Loved this show last season.

Just sort of watching it out of some weird obligation now.

That episode matched up with a good episode of My Name is Earl. It was good, but not fantastic. No momentum toward anything else.

ari's insecurity with his fat friend was stupid. i understand they're portraying him as no longer the cocky SOB now that he lost vince but last week and the episode with lloyd on the club did a fine job of establishing that. no one watches this show to see that ari has foibles. we want to see ari the asshole.

This show jumped the shark when Mandy Moore made her second appearance.

Paulie Shure? Paulie ****ing Shure?

I somehow missed the Lloyd-Will Sasso episode. found it on my Tivo last night and watched it. That scene, from when Ari decides to go save him, until they walk out together, may be my favorite of the season.

"We may be whores at my agency, but we are not pimps. Come on Lloyd, let's go."

that was a great line. but my favorite was when he was walking in and saying "hands off, civilian coming through"

Honestly, as much as I love Ari's lines and his jerkdom, his facial expressions get me even more. The complete disdain as he got tired of explaining he's not gay to the other agent guy...I giggled.

Him and Jim Halpert on the office...best facial expressions going.

First, they didn't show Gugino naked...

The rest of the show was completely predictable... I wasn't impressed and I'm a huge Artie Lange fan...

Are you huge (like Messr. Lange), or just really like Artie Lange? :)

I at least wanted some more completely gratuitous lingerie shots, for God's sakes.

OK, so Vince begins dating Amanda, clearing his path to go back to Ari.

That much we got.

Um,no offense to your wife then. :)

Ha! It's ok. She tends to do what we should all do watching this show...turn the brain off.

And what was with Eric having to ask what Drama's problem with Pauly Shore was? Drama got banned from the Playboy Mansion for something Pauly did and Pauly wouldn't admit it. I'm pretty sure Eric was there for all that.

If I can remember that, you'd think the writers could do it, too.

This show has totally lost its mojo. It's like Gertrude Stein's quote about Oakland - there's no there there.

The interesting thing about the show was the look at the inside dealings of the movie industry. That's all gone this season, the show is just an empty shell.

Love the google ad that picked up the Art in Artie and, as a result, an ad for www.artlogic.com down below.
Read somewhere, maybe a link posted here, that criticized the critics. Almost all of the critics love Entourage. Can't get enough of the show. And don't see some of the flaws of the show.

For those that don't have TIVO/don't want to wait on the HBO rerun:
