Dave Schwartz: Stoned Weather Channel meteorologist

Had TWC on for a while today because I'm hoping to see Stephanie Abrams or Alexandra Steele naked we've got some snow moving through today, and so far I've seen this Schwartz guy:

* Pretend he's tanning his face by using his script as a neck reflector
* Eat cookies at the desk before a commercial break
* Dip a teabag into some hot water as the other guy sends viewers to a commercial
* Make fun of 1 or 2 Weather Channel intros

This is all in the past hour or two.

So basically, what I'm getting at is that whatever he's smoking, I want some of it.
