A poster named deep_background tends to post really old news he finds on BLOGS!!! and post it as if it's brand-spanking new. Even David Aldridge mocks him.

So if someone posts a duplicate thread...d_b.
 
Now if we can just come up with a shorthand for someone who posts topics on the wrong board ...

My own question reminded me of one board for fans of the team I cover. They kept calling each other HF's. I thought they were referring to each other as Hall of Famers. Someone then posted a question like mine, asking what HF stood for.

Turns out it means "Humorless ****s."
