Again, the reason why I included her husband's accused transgression and the fact there is ZERO PROOF is because he seems like a complete whackjob. The people in that accusation are not only off the wall, but not even remotely related. I mean, it's like he went through and picked names out of a phone book with no reason.

I think it is fairly safe to say that neither of these folks are close to rational. They probably ought to both be thrown out with the trash.

It asks Evans to state under oath and penalty of perjury whether or not she admits to "an affair/sexual relationship/romantic involvement" with Chesney, Marx, Dovolani or any member of her band. It also seeks to find out if there was any relationship with Brad Arnold, Matt Roberts , Todd Harrell or Chris Henderson - all members of the group 3 Doors Down.

Hopefully his lawyers can follow with if she did all the members of 3 Doors Down (whoever they are) at the same time.

And I'm familiar with the 3-Doors Down bunch. Some of them have wives.
All of them like to party hard on various occasions.
All of the particulars in this story have one thing in common - a fair amount of money.
They operate in a different strata than most of us on the board.
Who knows how any of us would act, given the amounts of money that these celebs have in their coffers.
