What kind **** is this moving the game from CLE to MKE thats bull**** because it is not right to all those CLE fans that already bought tickets way in advance, and not everbody has the money for GAS to be driving 7-8 hours just to watch a baseball game.

It's too early in the day for this.

Is there ever a good time of day for his posts?

Is there any good time for you to be here.

Uh ... since when has baseball truly cared about the fans?

Never but they need to start caring or there going ti have that they can ingore with out those fans there aint going to be no A-Rod, no Jeter, no Barry Bonds, none so they need to get there **** together.

Rambo, do you even glance at your messages before you click 'Post?' Seriously, this post makes absolutely no sense. Do you even care that you appear to be illiterate on a message board full of journalists?

(I know, I shouldn't take the bait from whichever regular poster this is.)

Ok what I said above is as clear as you can get, and am I suppose to care about you journalists you guy's don't even report the ****ING TRUTH so why should I care about you think.

Scott Miller addressed this issue as well (http://www.sportsline.com/mlb/story/10116459):

"For one thing, fans in cities like Cleveland, Detroit and Pittsburgh shouldn't be penalized by having to wait until mid-to-late April for their home openers every year.

It's not a penalty in the fans' eyes. It's something that makes sense.

So does this much from his column, the two graphs that followed the one you noted ...

"For another, that would mean the schedule likely would flip-flop in September, and the warm weather teams would have to play an inordinate number of road games down the stretch while fighting for a playoff spot -- and those cold-weather teams would have the benefit of extra stretch-run home games.

"And, it was 72 degrees and gorgeous on opening day in Cincinnati on Monday, and 62 and beautiful in Detroit. You win some, you lose some. And if you've got tickets to Jacobs Field this week, bring mittens and a scarf."

For all of our Cleveland fans on the board (and there seems to be a lot of you). . .

GO INDIANS (and take the Browns with you).

Looks like they actually got a decent crowd. Most of the lower two decks are filled.

Radio announcers are speculating around 15,000 for the game. That's not too bad.

Trivia question: Who's the first Indian to hit a home run as a home-team player in Milwaukee?

YES!: Slider down the Bernie (Kosar) Brewer slide!

That will be more than the Brewers-Marlins game in Florida.

Someone explain to me again why South Florida still has a team.
