I know I'm going to take a beating for this, but I believe Bill Walton now is one of the better announcers the NBA/TV has to offer.

With a little hard work and taking the SportsJournalists.com tutorial "Title Threads: Make it like a Headline", you'll eventually catch on.
And as far as posts are concerned, if you had registered at the same time as me, you'd be up to about 50,000 posts by now.
There's always something to strive for.
