Looking at myself, I'd say I'm a solid 6. My lack of height, graying goatee, clown feet and a generally underwhelming face keep me from being any higher. 8)

My theory on people grading themselves. If they are really good looking but modest, they say 8. If they are good looking and arrogant, they say 9 or 10. If they are ugly and honest, they say 4 or 5. If they are ugly and delusional, they say 6. ;D Nobody ever says they're a 3. If they are truly average, they say 7.
