Dad decides he's had too much to drink, so he lets his 13 year old drive.

Problem is the 13 year old had been drinking as well, and he scored a DUI.

A boy and his father are having an idyllic day at the park bonding and are simply trying to go home when some NAZI cops get all Gestapo on them and then the drive-by press has a field day with rumors and accusations.

Too bad there wasn't an 8-year-old designated driver to avoid all this unpleasantness.

The father was too drunk to drive. That's strike one. He asks his son, a 13-year-old kid who's too young to drive in every jurisdiction in the country to drive. That's strike two. The KID is too drunk to drive. That's strike three, yer out. The kid gets busted for DUI. That's a 6-4-3 double play, end of game. You lose at life.

He had me until he threw the 8 year old in there. Obviously ridiculous at that point.

Should have gone with a 10 year old instead.
