Inspired by the picky eaters ... I'll eat just about anything (yeah, yeah, snicker, snicker).

I just finished a hunan tofu stirfry and I must say, I'm a wonder in the kitchen.

I've also sampled jelly fish, have barbecued shark steak, and will try just about anything once.

Greek is my cuisine of choice, but sushi, East Indian, Mexican (real, not Taco Bell), and Italian are the close runners-up.

Would love to try Ethiopian but I hear it's spicy enough to burn the lips right off the face!

Ethiopian food is really good. I am a bit like you Flash, I like all kinds of stuff. My last serious GF was greek and she could cook. Greek food is great.

I ate Alligator at a Cajun, my personal favorite, restaurant. It was great.

Exotic, in my book, is 10 pounds of crawfish, a 12-pack of cheap beer and generic paper towels.

Oooh ... alligator ... can you say it tasted similar to anything else?

I'm also an adventurous eater. I've had alligator in the Keys and even octopus in Chinatown in San Fran. I refuse to eat liver, haggis, brains, kidneys or an type of organs like that. But I love sushi and the Middle Eastern food here is to die for.

Not really, it had a pretty original taste. Quite good, a little different texture also.

That was the thing about jellyfish! The texture!

It's very grainy, very chewy ... real Chinese food (not American-Chinese food) is quite the adventure.

Ethiopian food is great.

Jamaican food is great.

I could eat sushi for days.

Spicy beef paties, curried goat, fish soup ... all tremendous. Gorged myself on it for 6 months.

That sounds awesome, I might have to find a Jamaican restaurant here. If there are any.

I've made my own Jamaican jerk but I would love to have it made for me.

I will try anything and like most things.

I'm spotty on organ meats (can't do liver; love marrow and sweetbreads) but I'll eat any kind of sushi and seafood that you put in front of me.

I don't eat **** in any particular order. There are no food textures that frighten or disgust me.

If it's in season or it's the specialty of the house, bring it on.

Don't forget conch fritters. Oh wait, that's Bahamian.

Who cares, they're fantastic.

As for me, I'll go for everything once. Tried deep-fried alligator tail at a Seminole reservation, kind a rubbery but good.

I would bring up blood cake, and anything in Fergus Henderson's "Nose To Tail Eating".

Alligator is tasty... and since I started traveling the world for work a few years ago, I have become a much less picky eater. I was really, really picky before... now I just eat it and ask what it is after the fact if I like it. Had a cool lunch when I was in El Salvador... we were at some local place on the shores of a volcanic lake... they caught the fish, cooked it up and served it to me whole... damn tasty.

What kind of fish? Are those prawns on top?

I've never made my own seasoning but I use the Busha Browne's and just marinate in that. The Walkerswood is equally as good. Pretty available around here but I think Kroger and even random groceries carry it now.

I once at chicken wings so hot you had to sign a waiver to do so.

I'm not kidding, my lips AND chin were purple about four hours later when I went to bed.
