Witnesses are telling local news there were many shots fired. My first thought this might have been a gang related but it sounds like it might have been a lone gunman "in camo"

There were people who said they thought it was either fireworks or part of the musical act that had just started playing. So some didn't run. So sad all around.

Per the local cops, suspect cut through a fence to enter the festival grounds.
