Yes, 8:30 p.m. PDT. NFL Network nationally, plus over-the-air in local markets. Curious the Raiders and Chargers didn't swap dates, being in the same division. Plus, San Diego St. has a Friday night game at the Q.

The last day of last season (or was it 2011) was magical (remember Rays and Cards winning on final day to get in?) Well getting a bonus game this year prior to the wild card round is nearly as fun.

I don't mind the one game finality, hey at least you got a shot at the playoffs right?

That was indeed magical, not only for the Rays and Cards getting in, but both capped huge late charges, with the Red Sox and Braves having coinciding late collapses. The Brewers also won that night to clinch home field for the divisional round against Arizona.

That was unreal. Steal while the pitcher is holding the ball, get the extra base on the bad throw. The 11U team I watch every weekend knows how to handle that.

TBS obviously wanted the Red Sox in prime time. And the Tigers-Athletics game is on the West Coast.

And the Braves-Dodgers play Thursday night. Flip-flopping them would force them to play a day game after a night game.
