I know I'm relatively new around here and hope I'm not stepping on anybody's toes by doing this. Anyway, I went ahead and setup a March Madness pool for us folks here at SportsJournalists.com.

To get in on the action, go to http://www.poolhost.com

After you create an account (takes only 30 seconds), the pool login name is sportsjournalists and password is bobknight.

I'm a fan of the 32-points-per-round scoring system, but if there's enough interest to change it, that's no problem. Let me know what you think, fellow hoops fans and sports junkies. The maximum number of entries is 200. I don't envision we'll have more than that and that's the most the site would allow. Sign up now and reserve your slot. The deadline to get your bracket in is Thursday, March 18, at 12:20 p.m., ET.

On the line of course is none other than the bragging rights until next year's tournament begins.

May the best SportsJournalists.com'er win. Good luck.

Don't we usually get a Yahoo thing going? I say this as you can see I claimed the title last year.
What? Quit staring at my titles.

Instead of using Yahoo or ESPN, I figured we could give our business to one of the little guys. I used this one for another pool last year and it worked out nicely.

And if you do want to do one at Yahoo, e-mails have been sent to anyone who was in last year's ...

I'm in on squeezer's pool, but sad I don't get to name my team. :)

He Ain't Heavy He My Cousins is in Oz's pool as well.

Just giving it the bump. Sign up if you get a chance. Let's get a good crowd.

I didn't realize you couldn't pick a bracket name on the PoolHost one. I thought you could. If you guys would rather use the Yahoo one, that's cool with me. No hard feelings. Just enrolled in the Yahoo one myself.

Tom Izzo (H.O.V.A.) ready to take home the prize.

If anyone on here is interested in a pool with cash prizes PM me. $10 entry ($15 for second bracket) Pay Pal Only.

Chef's Salty Balls is in and ready to take home the bacon.

For the record, I think I am the reigning champion of SportsJournalists.com.

Damn, thought I won it last year. Oh well, with the bracket that is there this year, it wouldn't have been a repeat anyway.

Giving this a bump because I am a degenerate. I've got 22 people so far. Hoping to go to 25 so I can prizes to the top 4 brackets. If we get 30 people, prizes will go to top 5 brackets.

Progressive scoring, plus bonuses for upset picks.

One really dull moment has registered its underwhelming bracket (Butler in the Final Four!?) in Oz's pool.
